All India Institute of Medical Sciences MBBS 2016 Exam Date Announced:
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has announced the exam dates for all India level UG medical entrance examination. The AIIMS MBBS 2016 entrance exam will be conducted on Sunday, May 29, 2016 and the results will be declared on June 14. The last date to apply is on January 31, 2016.
The candidates will contest for 672 MBBS seats for seven AIIMS institutions across the country. While AIIMS, New Delhi has 72 seats, remaining 600 are with other six AIIMS institutes.
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed the 12th class under the 10+2 or Intermediate Science (I.Sc.) or an equivalent examination of a recognised University/ Board of any English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject with minimum aggregate of 60 per cent marks (50 per cent for SC/ST/OPH candidates).
Age limit: The minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years.
Application fee: The general/OBC and SC/ST candidates are required to make the payment of Rs 1,000 and Rs 800 respectively.
