OJEE 2016 Application Form can be filled online. Application form of OJEE 2016, the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination is going to be available as per schedule date mention below. Interested candidates must first check the eligibility conditions and ensure they are eligible, then proceed to fill and submit the OJEE Application Form 2016 at ojee.nic.in / odishajee.com. A window of more than one month is made available by the Joint Entrance Examination Cell in which candidates can access the online OJEE application form, enter details, pay application fee, and submit the form. It is in the best interests of the candidate to complete the application form submission on time and thereafter
download admit card from the website.

OJEE 2016 Application Form

Application form of OJEE 2016 can be filled and submitted at ojee.nic.in / odishajee.com as soon as it is available. OJEE 2016 Application Form will be issued for those candidates who are eligible and satisfy for eligibility conditions.

Online Application for OJEE 2016 will be available from 05 Feb 2016.

The information desired to be filled in the online application may be kept ready.

Before submission of application form, make the following preparations:

• Decide the mode of payment of fee.
• Through Debit Card / credit card (VISA/ MASTER/ Maestro cards/ internet banking)/ using on-line gateway payment facility.
• Depositing with State Bank of India through e-challan, which can be obtained after filling on line application( State Bank collect).

After Depositing Fee in the Bank by using e-challan, candidate has to log in again to take print out of the confirmation page. Final confirmation page can be printed after 2 working days of payment. If you are unable to print, please contact OJEE cell for a clarification.

Note : The candidates must note that after submission of the application form it can not be withdrawn. Claims for refund of application fee will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Instruction for completing Online Application Form

Candidates can check the stepwise process of filling online application from below.

Step 1 : Select Examination Form carefully

OJEE Application Form	Course applicable for
Form A	+2 Science students applying for BAMS and BHMS/ PHARMACY ONLY/ PHARMANY and BAMS & BHMS
Form B	LE Tech Diploma to B. Tech./ B. Sc. LE to B. Tech./ D. Pharm. LE to B. Pharm.
Form C	Graduate students applying for MCA/ MBA/ LE MCA
Form D	M. Tech./ M. Pharm./ M. Arch./M. Plan.
Form E	Graduate students applying for MBA and MCA / MBA and LE MCA / MBA and PGAT
Form F	+2 or equivalent students applying for MAM Candidate has to fill relevant application form.

After submitting details, Computer Generates a Registration Number. Note down the Registration Number for future Reference. Important: If a Registration Number is already generated in your name, do not fill the form again. If more than one Application is registered in your name, all the applications may be rejected.

Step 2 : Fill application form online
Step 3 : Upload Photograph, Signature and left hand thumb impression of the candidate in the application form as per following instruction. No need to send the hard copy to the OJEE.

Step 4 : Deposit registration fees to complete the registration


Step 5 : Keep a copy of Confirmation page for record.


*Facility of submission of application form, payment of fee and printing of the Computer Generated Confirmation Page would be ceased at 05.00 p.m. on the last day of online-application form fill-up. Hence, candidates are required to complete the process within the prescribed duration.
